Sapporo Winter Festival 2024 Lineup. We will introduce the characteristics and highlights of the odori venue, susukino venue, and tsudome venue. The festival takes place at wakamiya shrine, located within the grounds of the kasuga grand shrine in nara park, and begins at midnight on december 17.
